Packages

The ECBill team will customise a solution to suit your requirements. ECBill provides a secure redundant hosting environment for all of our applications in our local Australian data center. Self hosted packages are also provided for clients with suitable hardware and information technology staff.

ECBill provides full service, support, maintenance and monitoring of our solutions through a legal SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Licensing options include the following but depend on your chosen package:

  • Buy Outright – Commonly for clients wishing to host the solutions themselves, with optional SLA.
  • Set-up with 12 or 24 month payment plan – For both fully hosted and self hosting packages.
  • Set-up with cost per bill, client or service depending on customised solution and budget.
