Non-Tolling Products on a Subscription Basis

Overview

ECConnect provides enterprise-class business support systems to Australian telecommunication service providers, and now provides the ability for MVNO's to offer non-tolling products on a subscription basis to their customer base by way of the EAP Product Module.

Products consist of a name, a cost, availability period, and whether or not the cost should be pro-rated upon activation of the product for a customer.

Once products are configured, adding a product to a customer's account is quick and easy. Simply select the product the customer wishes to purchase, and then activate the product when ready. The product will then be invoiced for at the regular billing interval for the customer.

Products can be easily charged to customers using one of EAP's many billing options:

  • Advance Billing
  • Arrears Billing
  • Calendar Month Billing
  • Prorated Billing
